Was running NX/10 client and using NX/10 Stand Alone license no issues.
Received NX/11 Stand Alone license, modified SPLM_LICENSE_SERVER to point
to new license.
Can now still run NX/10 successfully, but not NX/11.
Solution
Customer modified SPLM_LICENSE_SERVER only.
Determined new path was inconsistent with path created under license tools:
Start ->
All programs ->
Siemens NX/11 ->
license tools -> environment
Changed path listed under license tools to be consistent with SPLM_LICENSE_SERVER.
Can now start NX/10 and NX/11 clients
