Summary


Details

Customer has an environment where server is on the cloud with server integration of NX with TcRs.
User has installed 4-T RAC and NX client on his machine. 
User tried to import a 300 or more part assembly by selecting "use existing" option.
Facing Below error: 
Import Assembly from Teamcenter error:
Unable to access Teamcenter server - restart NX to reconnect
 



 



Solution

It has been observed that at customer end that on cloud side there is a load balancer and after changing the time-out to 3600 seconds it fixed the issue with importing big assemblies, customer tested the assemblies over 700 component and did not find any issues.
