NX "Please insert disk1..." when performing an NX Maintenance Release install

When performing a Maintenance Release update for NX (updating from NX12 to NX
12.0.2 for example) and the installation kit is on a USB removable drive, the
installation displays the message,

"Please insert disk 1..."

The installation will not continue and must be canceled.

Solution

Copy the installation kit from the USB removable drive to a local hard drive
and re-rin the installation. IT is recommended that you run the NX
installation/update "As Administrator:.
