Retained Weld Features fail to publish to Teamcenter.
When Welds become unassociated, they will fail to publish to Teamcenter and the welds have to be fixed in order to publish them successfully.
Solution
The following environment variable will allow welds that have become
unassociated or retained to still publish:
NX_WELD_PUBLISH_WITHOUT_CONNECTED_TO = true
