Users report that they can't checkout all licenses for NX that should be available; some features in the license file are not at the same version level as others?
Solution
This can happen on sites that have both I-deas and NX on the sold-to. Sometimes the I-deas seats are not bumped to the same revision as NX. Contacting the CAA, which can be found in the top header block of the license file, and asking them to bump I-deas to match NX should resolve this issue.
