How are the variable tool vectors specified in a Turning multi-axis operation?

The prerequisite for a variable axis Turning operation is to create a Finish Turning operation with the cut strategy set to Finish All. The menu to set the different tool axis is located in 'Tool Orientation -> Reorient Tool Holder -> Variable -> Interpolation Vectors'.
