Details
Process Simulate will not execute. Splash screen displays, then program dies.
Solution
The problem is the video firmware driver.
We went to nvidia.com then did search for card. Downloaded driver.
NVIDIA Geforce / Geforce 10 Series / Geforce GTX 1070 / Windows 10 64 bit.
We started with the oldest driver. That is the one that worked. 388.71.
