How to diagnose Frozen data error during volume meshing?
Solution
Frozen data error can come for situations such as geometry discrepancy, remeshing the meshed part, MMC conflicts, mesh update pending etc
It simply means that mesh is unable to proceed further because of some of these reasons. Most meshing issues are best addressed by deleting the meshes which freeze the boundaries and recreating them. Most often this eliminates problems which might have been caused by incorrectly associated and/or stored meshes. If this is an Assembly FEM user can try doing mapped meshed for the parts which gives Frozen data error.
