NX X NX Cloning doesn't show up drawing part type in Exceptions list.

NX Cloning doesn't show up drawing part type in Exceptions list, neither able to clone the Items.

Solution

If the Item Type has mandatory attribute and if it does not have a default value set in BMIDE then clone does not reflect the custom Item types under Default Part Type Exceptions drop down. 
 
So to fix this, set some default value for the mandatory attributes in BMIDE then we can see these Item types as well as we are able to clone them.
