NX When an Item created in TC is loaded in NX, it shows the seed parts of Model only.

When an Item created in TC is loaded in NX, it shows the seed parts of Model only. The "Select Template Part" dialog does not show other seed part tab like Drawing etc. 


·         Like Create an Item in TC-


·         Then Select the Item and Launch NX. The "Select Template Part" dialog only shows the Model Template and does not show the Drawing Template.


 


 

Solution

With NX 11 the functionality is working as designed and it will display only the Model template. However, the "Select Template Part" dialog has been enhanced to support the scenario in NX11.0.2 & NX12 onward.
