When we can see TCImport time property on SEEC dataset
Solution
TCImport time property will be written on SE file during import to Teamcenter using 'AddToTeamcenter' or 'AddToTeamcenter –Interactive' utility.
If TCImport time property exist on any SE file that means native SE file is imported to Teamcenter.
