Client is unable to connect even though the license manager is running fine.
Solution This could happen if you use VIPRE. The firewall history from the VIPRE interface from the client may show that edge.exe has been blocked. Go to the VIPRE on the cloud to create an exception for edge.exe, wait a few minutes for the VIPRE client to catch up with the cloud server, then Solid Edge should start to function.
