Hole Milling and Countersinking operation needs a spring pass.
Solution
In the new hole milling operation, under the non-cutting-moves dialog, there is
an option called 'Overlap'. This option will allow the user to countersink more than 1 pass
to make sure the cut is clean.
Say the user wanted to cut twice (with a spring pass), the overlap option can be set to 'Angle' and the 'Angle' option set to 360 degrees. This will produce the spring pass.
