NX Setting Up NX to Use a Custom CAM PAX Template File

The UGII_CAM_RESOURCE_DIR Environment Variable (EV) was set to redirect the CAM environment for all users to be read from a network drive. This EV does not redirect the user to use custom CAM setup template files when 'File -> New -> Manufacturing' is selected. What EV controls where NX looks for these PAX template files?

Defining the EV UGII_TEMPLATE_DIR to point to a new folder location will cause the PAX files in that folder to be used instead. Not only will the CAM PAX files be read from that folder but also all other PAX files as well. It is important to remember that these files will also need to be moved. Please notice in the picture below that a "\" character was added to the end of the EV path. It is very important to add this character to the path in order to get it to work correctly.
