Details
User is unable to run ugmanager_clone utility.
He has set all the NX side and TC side environment variables like UGII_BASE_DIR, UGII_ROOT_DIR, TC_ROOT, TC_DATA and called tc_profilevars,bat as well.
When run ugmanager_clone utility nothing happens.
Solution
%SystemRoot%\system32 was missing from the Path environment variable.
Once it was added, the utility run successfully.
