Customer notes: one of the attribute, which was used in the mapping-file, is
not updated after setting empty value in Teamcenter.
In researching process we found: problem attribute was created in NX Template
by "File\Utilities\Attribute Templates" command.
So this attribute was reused in many models, which were created from this
template.
For some models customer set empty attribute value in Teamcenter, and after
this action value in NX stuck and not updated.
As it has turned out in the developer researching process, such attributes
should not be used for the TC\NX mapping functionallity. Saving method and
logic of such attributes doesn't allow to do it.
As result, customer has to rework problem template and rework a lot of models
and drafts, which were created from the problem template!
To use TC\NX mapping functionallity please do not create attribute in NX
Template by this specific command.
