NX NX: This app can't run on your pc.

When trying to execute the launch.exe or launch.hta for NX 12.0.1 you may receive a message: "This app can't run on your pc".

Solution

This can be caused from not downloading all parts of NX 12.0.1. NX 12.0.1 is distributed as a multipart zip file. If parts one and two are not present when the zip is extracted this error can occur. Download all three parts of the update, and then extract them creating a complete install package. Then launch.exe should execute normally.
