Solid Edge Determining and changing folder structure view in Open with Insight managed files

When working with Solid Edge files managed in Insight, the Solid Edge Open command can present two possible different views of the SharePoint folder structure.  How to determine and control the folder view presented in the Open command?

Solution

The folder view presented in the Open command is wholly dependant on how the Windows Explorer shortcuts to the Insight data have been created.

If you use an http address to define the shortcut then you will see the SharePoint style interface.  

If you use an UNC address to define the shortcut then you will see the Windows Explorer style interface.
