Solid Edge is installed on the local client but the Microsoft Excel application is installed on a Citirx server. Can Solid Edge variables still be linked to Excel?
Solution
Solid Edge expects Excel to be installed locally to the same client as where Solid Edge is installed.
If Excel is hosted or installed on a Citrix server, then Excel is *not* local to the Solid Edge installation. Therefore it would not be possible to link Solid Edge variables to Excel in this configuration.
