Solution
Customer is trying to modify the default location for the Solid Edge Preferences folder by changing the registry key value:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Unigraphics Solutions\Solid Edge\Version 110\CurrentVersion\PreferencesPath
However, modifying the above registry key value is an unsupported method and the customer will be using this at their own risk.
