Solid Edge Fast Search not finding file as expected using " * "

Fast Search not honoring truncated file name with a wildcard.  Must have full name. 

Solution

There may be an authentication error on the seproperty.dll.  Use the Repair 
button on the BuiltInDiag.exe to repair the authentication.
