How to change the status from released to obsolete in Solid Edge Data Management.
Solution
Go to 'Solid Edge Options -> Manage' and enter the Windows user accounts in
'Document Controller' box which will be authorized to obsolete a document. You
can enter multiple users using a semi-colon as a separator (user1;user2;user3).
