Using Process Simulate version 14.01 and ABB rcsabb_tune.exe version 6.0, the TCP consistently stops 5 mm before it should.
Everything on the OLP side shows it is stopping exactly where it should. However, the robot is still 5 mm off.
Solution The problem is in the RCS. Updating the RCS to version 6.05 fixed the problem.
