Is there a way to replace a part with an assembly in draft?
Solution
Yes. From draft, go to the Application Button > Info > Edit Links. Select the
Source File that exists in the draft, then hit the "Change Source" button.
This will allow you to browse and replace the part file with a different part,
an assembly, sheet metal, or weldment file.
