With Robot / Visible Shell enabled, you will see this error: "No such file of directory. 'touch' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file".
Solution
The RCS is looking for a specific folder to write in and cannot find it.
Make sure there is a 'TMP' folder in the root of drive 'C'. If there isn't, it will generate all the errors listed above.
