NX X Handles/Points continues to be reset to Medium after setting to Small.

How to Change Handles/Points to Keep Small or Large rather than the Default Medium Setting. 

Solution

This is located at:


'File -> Preferences -> Visualization -> Handles/Points (tab) -> Session Settings -> Handles/Points Size: Medium'.  Setting this to a different value, such as Small or Large, fails to be retained within the file.


The solution:


'File -> Utilities -> Customer Defaults -> Search (binoculars) -> Handle/Points', and this is reported as being a "Session" dependent setting, meaning it will retain the setting only in the user's current NX session and will not be retained within each part file.  

Setting the default to Small or Large in the Customer Defaults and restarting NX will always set this at the user-selected setting when NX starts.  Resetting it with the File -> Preferences picks described above will of course override the default setting in the current session.
