Details
The user defined a property called "Material" in his non-English Solid Edge environment e.g. Russian, in order to have this information also available for use in bi-lingual drawings.
The Property can be activated as a column in the Property Manager but this column is not preserved on reopening the Property Manager Dialog.
Solution
The reason is that Material is an internal Property (Name) used for the English Solid Edge environment and cannot also be used in a non-English environment.
The solution is to create and use a User Defined Property with a different name e.g. "Material_EN". This property when added to the Property Manager will subsequently be preserved on reopening the dialog.
