NX Getting Started with Multi-axis CAM Additive Deposition

How are Additive Multi-axis operations created?

First make certain that a license is available for Multi-Axis Deposition . This requires a special license and is not included in any bundles. The license is a CAM license and works in the same way as other CAM licenses. Start by creating a new manufacturing part file. Select File -> New -> Multi Axis Deposition and pick a machine kit. The new multi axis additive operations will now be available from the multi_axis_deposition templates. These templates are available starting in NX12.0.1 . There is some training material with examples available in that NX version.
