User created Dimension in View Break.
The dimension that have been created in a position not related to the area to be break,
but Dimension get hidden. User not able to understand why Dimension gets hidden.
Solution
If associative point of the annotations are outside the view, dimensions get Hide.
As per current behavior of the view break it hide the annotation if associative points are outside the view or inside the view break gap region.
Currently its working as Design.
