NX 11.0.2 MP7 & NX 12.0.1
An incorrect warning may be given when generating a Tapping operation:
Some features were not processed because a gouge was detected.
Features must be defined before generating the tool path
(and toolpath cannot be generated)
Solution
In Program Order view:
Drag the tapping operation to be under 'Unused Items', then drag back again to
it's original position in Program Order
