Details
When using the Select Tool to select a part in Pathfinder in an assembly file, than dragging the cursor into the working window, the part is dragged into the window as if the user wanted to place another part of the selection. This was not the case, because the cursor wouldn't let go of the part.
Solution
Try altering the speed of the mouse pointer.
