Is there a center line symbol in Solid Edge Draft? 

Solution

Create a text box ('Annotation->Text') . Click on the 'Insert Symbols' button in the command bar. Select 'Insert Symbol'. Expand 'Symbols->Other Symbols'. The 'Centerline' symbol is there. Click on it, click on 'Select' and click on OK.
