Details
You may releasing the drafting files one by one but if you need to release about 200 drafting files daily. Then you may require to release those drafts in bulk at once.
Solution
To release drawing in Bulk use "Data Preparation Utility".
Steps:
· Open folder containing drafts in Data Prep utility
· Click open Set File Status > Released > Done.
