How do you change the balloon text size?
Solution
The balloon text size is controlled by the dimension text size. To change this you
go to Styles then select the Dimension and modify, in the next dialog you will
select the Text tab and change the Font size accordingly. Just a reminder
this will change all text for dimensions in the complete drawing. If you only
want the balloons to change you can change them individually or possibly
create a new dimension style just for the balloons. You will need to make
these changes in the Draft template file for it to be in all new draft files.
