NX X Add assembly to the Reuse Library to only show the top level

An assembly added to the Reuse Library displays all the components in the 'Member Select' window. How to show only the top level assembly in the 'Member Select' window.

Solution

In the 'Member Select' window, set the Filter to 'Smart Filter'. Now only the top level assembly will display. 

Smart Filter can be set as the default filter in Customer Defaults.

1. Select 'File-->Utilities-->Customer Defaults'.
2. Expand 'Gateway' and highlight 'Reuse Library'.
3. Select the 'General' tab.
4. Toggle the 'Filter Type' to 'Smart Filter'.
