NX X Opening SolidWorks assembly in NX creates a mm file - need results in inches

Opening a SolidWorks assembly in NX results in a mm file. How can you get an English Units file? 

Solution

In NX, Check File--> Utilities--> Customer Defaults--> Gateway--> General--> Part tab--> Default Units.

This is the setting that controls the default part units for File Open on non-NX data. Change the setting to Inches and save the change to your customer defaults. Restart NX and open the assembly will it will now result in the part units being INCHES .
