Initial conditions:
The NX 11.0.0 Help / Documentation works.
However, repeated attempts to install the NX 11.0.2 Help / Documentation lead to
ERROR:6
scenarios (during the installation of the NX 11.0.2 Help content/collection).

ERROR:
One or more Solr search engine indices failed to update.
Review the output text for solr zip file information.
Run nxdocs_update.bat with /v switch for verbose outputs.

Solution
The ERROR6 will always occur with any updates from NX 11.0.2 or prior releases when using the newer SPLM Doc Server (3.0 or later).

They can either edit the update script or run the solr Deploy after installing the help.
