Solid Edge Solid Edge icon in TaskBar is sometimes generic, sometimes environment specific

Why does the Solid Edge icon on the Windows Taskbar reflect the current
environment on some machines while not on others?

Solution

You can control this from the Taskbar Properties. Right click on the Taskbar
and select Properties. Go to the Taskbar tab and change the "Taskbar
buttons:" from Always Combine to Never Combine or vice versa.
