NX X Drafting notes in a component are not showing up at the assembly level

Drafting notes in a component, imported from a DXF file, are not showing at the assembly level.  The notes are only showing up when the component is made the displayed part.

Solution

NX will not include Notes in Modeling into the Entire Part reference set. The notes can be added to the MODEL reference set, or a separate reference set can be created to include the Notes so that they can be seen at the assembly level.
