Details
In the [Manage] page of Solid Edge Options, all the options are disabled in
the [Document Naming Rule] section.
Solution
This will occur when using the SEAdmin tool to create an Options.xml, where
the 'allow overrides' is set to 'No' for 'File Naming Rule'.
