NX X How to edit and move the PMI datum feature symbol to another position?

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------


1. Create a new part file.


2. Create a block and add PMI Dimension.


3. Select PMI -> Datum Feature Symbol.


4. Drag and place the symbol to outer range of the dimension.


5. Now double click the created Datum Feature Symbol and enter edit mode.


6. Try to move it to another position.

-> Cannot move it to another position during edit even though we can do it while creating a new one.

How to edit and move the PMI datum feature symbol to another position?

Solution

Hold the shift key down and select the datum feature symbol the initial placement can be modified.
