NX X Has Teamcenter 11.4 and upgraded to NX 12 Getting errror on Open or launch

This was a brand new installation where NX Templates had not been installed
previously.

When opening NX 12.0 through Teamcenter, getting the error:

NX Initialization Error
Validator should have existed for application Motion Template
---------------------------------------------------------------------

Solution

After installing the NX Templates, launching NX 12.0 was successfull
The error no longer came up.
