Details
When attempting to install the NX 11.0 Templates to Tc10.1.7.1 using the
command line:
%UGII_ROOT%\templates\sample>tcin_template_setup.bat -u=infodba -p=infodba
-g=dba
the ug_clone operation fails with the error:

***** ug_clone import operation failed
ERROR: (641106) - Teamcenter Integration is not initialized
while initializing import operation

Solution
During the Template import process, a 'nx_integration' is needed.
In this case, the customer was licensed for an Academic bundle. There is no
'nx_integration' license available for the 'infodba' user.
The customer's license file does have a 'TCUACAD' bundle that contains:
'TCUACAD_nx_integration'. This bundle should be set for all users requiring
NX CAD Integration. It also needs to be set for a 'dba' user who will be
running the tcin_template_setup.bat.
To istall the NX Templates with tcin_template_setup.bat:
1) Be sure that a 'dba' user has the 'TCUACAD' bundle set in the 'License
Bundle' field in Teamcenter Organization.
2) Open a Tc Command Prompt on a machine that has NX installed (2-tier).
3) Run tcin_template_setup.bat with the 'dba' user's credentials. For
instance:

p=dba_user_pswd -g=dba
