Details
The Revisions command in assembly is not picking up the latest revision. LCA in Design Manager skips over step 3 that moves the previous revision to the Obsolete site, leaving 2 revisions in the released site.
Solution
Although not reproducible, this was reported by a customer, who discovered that switching the revision rule back and forth to another rule in the 'File->Open' dialog eliminated the problem.
