User facing save error in Teamcenter. Ownership of data is with user, but owner is facing error while saving data. The Error is "The session is in read only mode because of the absence of session record in the database".
Solution
This message is coming from your database server and indicates that the Teamcenter session is no longer connected.
In such cases the clearlocks command was running.
For example, if "clearlocks -assert_dead" had been run on the database, this could have disconnected the pool sessions from the database.
Note: This activity should be done by Database Administrators only.
