Solid Edge Parent Part of a part copy in SEEC should be traceable in Teamcenter

How to know from which existing Item the new Item was created using 'part copy' command

Solution

To find out the parent file right click on Item revision of an Item that was created using 'part copy' command  and look for SE Inter Parts Links.


It will show the the parent part from which this part copy is created.
