How to define a countersink with a radius on the tool tip.
The normal countersink tool parameters allows a flat tip of a given diameter, but that won't be accurate enough for the tool setter if the tool has a ball tip.
Solution
This can be done using the chamfer mill tool type. Put in the basic parameters for diameter and chamfer angle, then add the radius for the tool tip. Note that this also applies the same corner radius at the top of the chamfer. Now, adjust the chamfer length parameter until the remaining small flat at the tool tip is consumed (or nearly so) by the corner radius.
