How can a "less than" ( < ) symbol be used in a constants line for OLP Commands customized UI? 

Example:
<Item Type="const">PartCount]<,JMP LBL[30]; </Item> 

Solution

Either use &lt; or embed the section in a CDATA block (this is standard XML syntax).
