NX Spreadsheet is empty after save

For a specific user the NX Spreadsheets are emptied after save.


The issue is seen with legacy data only. After opening a spreadsheet, editing 
and saving the spreadsheet, it is empty when opened again.

Solution

After deleting the local profile for the user the issue is resolved.
The local profile can be removed from the Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts > Manage User Accounts.
