Why are some fields gray in assembly configuration manager?
Solution
When you open the Configuration Manager dialog box, some cells might be
colored in dark grey. Those indicate parts that were added to the assembly
after the existing configurations were created. The grey colored cells
indicate that the configuration does not contain those newly added parts yet.
You can decide if the parts are to be in a given configuration and check
them in the dialog box to update that configuration accordingly.
